About Kristin
Kristin discovered her passion for real estate while serving as the Executive Director of the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association, where she built strong relationships with builders, local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and residents throughout the community. Her background in business management and leadership led her to a role as Vice President of a newly founded real estate brokerage over nine years ago, where she quickly realized her true passion was helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.
Known for her exceptional customer service and making the process enjoyable and fun, Kristin is dedicated to creating a seamless and personalized experience for every client. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of real estate, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown children exploring the waters of Pleasure Island and Wrightsville Beach, sailing, and scuba\ diving in the Caribbean. She also loves traveling to new places, gardening, pickleball, yoga, and getting lost in a great book.
A few fun facts about Kristin: Before transitioning into real estate, she spent more than eight years working as a wildlife and marine biologist; studying elephants, sea turtles, mountain lions, black bears, birds, and endangered species. Her wildlife career began in Kenya and gave her the incredible opportunity to travel around the world while working in conservation and research.
